
How can you burn more calories then you consume?
I read on bodybuilding.com that to lose body fat you will need to burn more calories then you take in. But the thing is how is it possible because if you take in about 2000 calories then how can you burn 2000 calories when you are in the gym working out because when I in the gym working out I do cardio for 40 minutes I burn 500 calories and then I do weights for 20 minutes 10-12 reps.

your BMR is how much you burn just by living,breathing,blinking,heart pumping, that stuff..just search a BMR or RMR calculator to figure it out and how much you should burn
say your BMR is 2000 if you want to maintain your weight you should take in 2000 net calories (net calories is the amount you take in minus the amount you burned by exercise) if you want to lose a pound a week subtract your net calorie limit by 500 per day and for each pound per week you want to lose subtract another 500 net calories per day…sry if i didnt explain myself very well..email me if you need some more information

For Jaill’s debut Sub Pop full-length, Vinnie Kircher, Austin Dutmer, Andrew Harris, and Ryan Ross take the Shins’ lazy haze of indie pop and amp it up into a bouncy, slightly tough sound of their own. There’s a good-natured appeal to the band’s songs, but also an undercurrent of detached attitude. Most of That’s How We Burn is made up of ballads and midtempo janglers, as chief songwriters and longtime members Kircher and Dutmer — the McCartney and Lennon of the band — pen warm, conventional numbers that wouldn’t feel out of place at a picnic. Meanwhile “Everyone’s Hip,” “She’s My Baby,” and “How’s the Grave” offer up excitable yet sophisticated garage pop that balances out the album nicely.
