Hey! Does anyone have a high calorie burning exercise program… 10 POINTS!!!?

I need a high calorie burning exercise to lose fat and get into top shape! This is for health reasons, and for self- image reasons.. Ten Points and the pride of helping me if you answer!!! Please Help!

you should just try running/jogging/walking for at least a half hour a day for at least 5 days, and swimming is a great way to lose weight and is a lot easier, and stick to a 1200-1600 Calorie Diet, along with the excercise, and it would have been helpful to find out how old you are, your weight, and your height, cause i could tell you how much you should excercise and how much you should be eating…
