I NEED to lose weight by the start of school?

I really really need to lose weight before the school year starts. I have about 5 weeks to do that. Anything except pills will work? Please please help me, I’m running out of time!
I exericse by using a Gazelle.

Do not eat snacks, carbonated beverages, sugar of any kind, gravies, fried foods or anything salty.
Do exercises, walking, running or just walk in place. Try some light strength training, working every muscle group.
Eat very healthy foods. Fiber is a must to clean out your colon.
Protein, carbohydrates and healthy fats will get you to your goal.
Find an online website to find out how many calories you need in a day to maintain the weight you want to be, not the weight you are now and you will lose weight. Calories in calories out, this is how you do it.
