Chad’s Homeopathic Hcg Diet. It’s Day 11, HCG Diet Utah Style

It’s Day 11! Chad’s been on the homeopathic HCG diet for 11 days now. Some might say that he is doing the HCG diet Utah style. All that really means is that he finds himself as one of the many residents of the great state of Utah that view HCG Dieting as advantageous. As far as Chad goes…it’s going well. At least it’s going well so far. He keeps himself aware of the protocol and tries not to venture away from the rules. He carts the protocol around (he loves that they provided him with a pocket guide protocol). When he has it with him it’s harder for him to “justify” and break the rules.

Day 11 saw Chad weighing himself as soon as he rolled out of bed. He was at 229 pounds; down one more pound. There’s really nothing quite as satisfying as actually losing weight while you’re dieting. Chad feels like he’s moving in the right direction with his consistent Weight Loss and he’s almost more excited about the fact that he has more energy than he did before he started dieting.

Strenuous exercise is not recommended while on the diet, but Chad does find that he feels better all around if he includes a non-strenuous walk in his day. He tends to head out on a short walk after he gets home from work each day. When he sticks to this routine he feels better and finds himself looking forward to the next day to see what the scale will say.  

Chad’s been studying up on the HCG diet as he’s been sticking to the rules. He wants to know all about this diet he is on. He’s found a few books in the local bookstore and plenty of online information. He’s heard that those who have done the diet more than once say it gets easier each time and he thinks he agrees. Or he sees how it can be true. He is really comfortable at this point heading out to the grocery store and only purchasing his HCG approved items.  

Chad said, “This could be a new way of life for me; I’m starting to really realize that. Depending on how you look at it…I’m changing my life forever.”

One tool that Chad suggests every HCG dieter take advantage of is the HCG Diet Direct call center. They are available by phone to answer any questions or concerns; to discuss food options. Chad finds himself calling in fairly frequently with questions for just for advice.

Mentally prepare yourself is something that Chad hears often from the reps at the call center. They suggest this to him in response to his continued trouble to stay away from snack foods in the evening when he’s working from home on his computer after the kids have gone to bed. They tell himself that on his way home from work that he should mentally prepare himself for this time period. They also encourage him to save one of his servings of fruit for this time period to help him avoid junk food snacks.

Doing the diet Utah style doesn’t mean that Chad is doing it any different from HCG dieters in Texas of New Mexico or Arkansas. It just means that he is one of a drastic number of people in Utah that are embracing the diet. For some reason that hasn’t yet been pinpointed Utah residents access the homeopathic HCG diet far more often than residents of other states. And the obesity statistics don’t support the difference. There are actually other states with substantially higher obesity rates that are accessing the HCG diet far less.
