Fat Burning Soup Diet

What is the main secret about Fat burning soup ?

Fat burning soup has been used for many years in many countries, with relative success. The main secret of the soup is that it produces a lot of satiety, although some components are not well tolerated by all people. Helps lower 5 to 9 kilos in 7 days (depending on weight and metabolism of the person).

The ingredients of the soup to burn fat are: 6 onions, 1 cabbage, 2 peppers (peppers) green, 1 celery, 2 tomatoes and 1 soup stock, preferably chicken. To prepare, chop everything and put to boil water in a large pot, add chicken broth. Note that the volume of the preparation is very great: probably fill a 4-quart pot. Put to boil for 10 minutes and then must reduce to low heat, stirring from time to time to ensure even cooking ingredients. When everything is cooked, turn off the heat. fat burning soup is accompanied by a diet.

The first day the soup is eaten with fruit as snacks. The best are watermelon and cantaloupe, and expressly excludes the bananas. You can drink at the discretion of fruit juices, still water, coffee and tea without sugar.

Day 2 eat vegetables of all kinds, steamed, fresh or raw, especially if they are green leaf. Totally banned corn and legumes. At night you can eat a baked potato. Do not eat fruits.

Day 3 of the fat burning soup can be taken both fruits and vegetables, no potatoes and no banana. You can eat this fruit 3 units on day 4, accompanied by soup, water ad libitum and a pint of skim milk. Day 5 adds up to half a kilo of lean meat (preferably chicken or fish), and up to 5 fresh tomatoes, drinking lots of water. On 6 fat burning soup includes meat and vegetables, avoiding potatoes. The last day you eat brown rice (paddy rice), vegetables and juices.
